PepAxis™-Aquila S industrial-grade customized peptide cleavage system adopts a modular
three-vessel configuration consisting of a cleavage vessel, concentration vessel, and
precipitation vessel. All vessels are double-jacketed, temperature-controlled, and equipped with sight glasses. Pressure, internal solvent temperature, and stirring speed are recorded and
monitored in real time, with timely alarm functions.All solvents are transferred quantitatively via metering pumps. The internal solvent temperature control range of the vessels is –20 to 50 °C.
