Product Profile
SystemDL - PC Production Scale Peptide Cleavage System adopts a modular triple-reactor system (lysis kettle, concentration kettle, sedimentation kettle), which is equipped with a double-layer temperature control window and real-time pressure/temperature monitoring. Each kettle, through the precision pump valve, achieves 6/5/3-way solvent accurate quantitative dosage, supporting a -20 ~ 50℃ process temperature control range. The reaction unit is made of 316L stainless steel lined with Hastelloy/PTFE coating, and is equipped with intrinsically safe explosion-proof certification (Ex ia IIC T4 GB) and triple safety interlocks (over-pressure relief/over-temperature alarm/forced emergency stop).
