    PepAxis-Nova 1 (formerly 319 Pro) single-channel peptide synthesizer is a classic system focused on precision synthesis and process optimization. It is suitable for routine peptide synthesis, method development, and research/teaching applications.
    The instrument adopts pendulum-style / 180° vertical inversion mixing technology to achieve dead-zone-free mixing of the reaction system, ensuring full contact between solid and liquid phases. Stirring speed is continuously adjustable to meet mixing intensity requirements for different resin types and synthesis stages.
    Equipped with a high-precision liquid delivery system, the instrument supports quantitative preparation and accurate dosing of amino acids and activation reagents, with liquid addition accuracy up to 0.1 mL, ensuring correct stoichiometric ratios and process consistency for each reaction step.
    With a concise and intuitive user interface, users can flexibly set synthesis programs and easily complete fully automated operations from amino acid coupling to deprotection.
    PepAxis-Nova 1 features a compact structure and stable operation, making it an ideal platform for high-quality small- to medium-scale peptide synthesis and process optimization.
