The instrument utilizes a pendulum-style / 180° vertical inversion mixing technology. This ensures dead-zone-free mixing of the reaction system and guarantees full contact between the solid and liquid phases.
The high-precision liquid delivery system supports quantitative aspiration and accurate dosing of amino acids and activation reagents with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mL, ensuring correct stoichiometric ratios for each reaction step.
The system is equipped with either 8 or 16 amino acid sites (supporting 10–100 mL bottle volumes) and 7 solvent positions with reservoirs ranging from 0.5 L to 10 L.
Depending on the configuration, the system supports reactor volumes of 25 mL / 50 mL or 50 mL / 100 mL / 250 mL.
In sequential synthesis mode, users arrange the amino acids according to the target peptide sequence order. The amino acids are then used sequentially and replenished cyclically by the system.
