The 386 Pro Peptide Synthesizer supports up to 12 Channels for Asynchronous Synthesis of different peptide sequences, multi - user operation, peptide resin s can be added/ removed at any time from the different channels, Amino Acids are extracted in a quantitative mode with an accuracy of ±0.1 mL . Each Amino Acid can be uniquely activated and de - protected, and supports Pre -Activation or Simultaneous Activation, and all Amino Acids are coupled with different coupling and de - protection time lengths.
