Tetras Multiple Peptide Synthesizer

The Tetras 106-channel Fully Automated Peptide Synthesizer uses rotary technology and asynchronous multi-channel synthesis for flexibility, ease of use, stability, and ease of maintenance.

    Product Profile

    The Tetras 106-channel fully automated peptide synthesizer uses rotary technology and asynchronous multi-channel synthesis for flexibility, ease of use, stability, and ease of maintenance.

    Tetras is imported from the USA.

    Peptide Extract eliminates cross-contamination with fast and precise injection of reaction reagents into individual reactors.

    The Tetras 106-channel fully automated peptide synthesizer is an essential tool for laboratories involved in large-scale peptide synthesis. It combines efficiency, flexibility, and scalability to support the rapid production of multiple peptides, making it invaluable in research and industrial settings where high volumes of peptides are required.

    Component Characteristics

    (i) Modular design of injection station and evacuation station

    (1) The injection station injects amino acids, reagents, and solvents into the reactor via digitally controlled metering pumps.
    (2) The digitally controlled metering pump provides high transfer accuracy and fast transfer speed, saving time and reagents. The instrument can be equipped with 24 to 32 injection stations as required. The injection station can be built-in 125ml, 230ml, 500ml reagent bottles, and can be externally connected to any volume of large capacity containers.
    (3) The modular design of the injection station is easy to replace and maintain, resulting in almost zero downtime. Below the injection station is the reactor. The liquid flow paths are non-crossing and short, thus saving a lot of solvents and reagents used for cleaning the pipelines.

    (ii) Separate reactors

    (1) The reactors are available in 7ml, 40ml and 60ml sizes, and up to 106 7ml reactors can be used at one time.
    (2) The reactors are independent of each other, no cross contamination. The curved bottom design makes the reaction full and the synthesis purity high.
    (3) According to the needs of the reaction, the three sizes of reactors can be arranged and combined at will.

    Performance & Benefits

    (i) Remote control

    (1) Through the network, users can operate the instrument at home, and the instrument can also send you an email report on the operation;
    (2) With the permission of the user, the manufacturer can remotely run or diagnose the instrument, remotely train the user, help the user to find faults and solve problems, and improve the operating efficiency of the instrument.

    (ii) Asynchronous multi-channel synthesis of peptide

    (1) The traditional multi-channel peptide synthesis instrument must synthesise each peptide at the same time, and the synthesis method must be the same, which is very inflexible. tetras breaks through this bottleneck, and can asynchronous multi-channel synthesis, i.e., synthesise multiple peptides at the same time;
    (2) Meet the needs of peptide synthesis laboratory or peptide service company, 30 peptides today, 50 peptides tomorrow, synthesised on the machine at any time;
    (3) To meet the needs of teaching, the same instrument, different students, available in different ways, the synthesis of different peptides;
    (4) To meet the needs of scientific research, different sequences can be synthesised using their own synthesis methods; or different synthesis methods can be used for the same sequence to find the best synthesis method for the sequence;
    (5) To meet the needs of peptide library synthesis, up to 106 reactors are used simultaneously to synthesise peptides.

    (iii) Supporting software is flexible, easy to use and intuitive

    (1) Preset synthesis methods, but the user can change them as needed;
    (2) Monitor all reaction processes and conditions on one screen;
    (3) Calculate reagent usage, with red symbols to remind users to add;
    (4) Order reagents online and store unlimited methods.
